Notice on the use of artificial intelligence

Maind Group S.r.l. (hereinafter the “Company”), with registered office in Nembro (BG), Via Vincenzo Bellini 5, VAT No. 04822780161, is committed to ensuring maximum transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence systems in its services. This notice is provided pursuant to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (“AI Act”), Article 7 of Law No. 132/2025 and the applicable guidelines issued by the European Commission.

Artificial intelligence system

The Company has developed “GeoSnap.ai” (hereinafter the “AI System”), a digital platform intended for companies and individual professionals, aimed at analyzing and reconstructing a brand’s positioning in its reference market. Through automated processes, the AI System collects and processes publicly available information and outputs generated by artificial intelligence models (such as, for example, Open AI, Anthropic) in order to provide a concise description of the brand and of the activities attributable to it, of its main reference topic areas, of its territorial positioning and of its reference competitive context.

As required by the AI Act, the Company has carried out a risk assessment of its AI System. The Company declares that:

  • the analyses and outputs generated by the AI System are tools to support business and marketing decisions and must be critically evaluated by users before being used to make strategic or operational decisions;
  • the AI System does not replace users’ professional judgment or the analysis carried out by qualified consultants or professionals, but is a tool to support the interpretation of competitive positioning, market context and target audience characteristics;
  • the results produced by the AI System may have limitations arising from the quality, completeness and currency of publicly available sources, as well as from the characteristics of the artificial intelligence models used.

The Company will respond to all transparency-related requests within 15 business days. Well-founded reports concerning aspects relating to the transparency of the AI System will be evaluated and, where necessary, will lead to the activation of the appropriate corrective actions provided for by the Company’s Quality Management System.
