How to Interpret the Results

Guide to Interpreting AI Ratings, Sentiment Analysis, Competitor Insights, and Sources to Craft a Data-Driven Strategy.

Read Data in an Integrated Way

GeoSnap data becomes truly valuable when it's read in an integrated manner. Each metric tells part of the story; together, they outline a complete picture of your position in the AI ecosystem.

High AI Rating + Positive Sentiment

The ideal situation. Your brand is visible and perceived positively. Focus on maintaining and expanding toward intent and engines where you still have room to grow.

High AI Rating + Negative Sentiment

Critical situation. You are highly visible, but AIs describe you unfavorably. The priority is to understand which sources are generating negative sentiment and work on reputation management and content strategy.

Low AI Rating + Positive Sentiment

An opportunity. When AIs mention you, they do so positively, but you are not cited often enough. The priority is to increase visibility by working on sources and coverage.

Low AI Rating + Neutral or Negative Sentiment

The most challenging starting point, but also one with the greatest growth potential. A comprehensive GEO strategy is needed to work simultaneously on visibility and perception.

Competitor Analysis

Benchmarking against competitors puts your data into context. If your AI Rating is 40 and the industry leader is at 45, you're in a good position. If the leader is at 85, you have a significant gap to close.

Analyze what higher-rated competitors are doing differently: which sources do they appear on? What type of content do they produce? Which engines favor them? This information transforms competitive analysis into actionable insights.

Identifying Priorities

Use this sequence to define operational priorities:

  • High-citation sources where you are absent: these represent the opportunity with the greatest potential impact

  • Engines where you have the biggest gap: focus efforts where you have the most room for improvement

  • Uncovered intents: if you are absent from an entire level of intent, it is a strategic priority

  • Negative sentiment from specific sources: identify and work on sources generating negative perception

Monitoring Over Time

A single analysis provides a snapshot. Real value emerges from monitoring over time. Observe how metrics change after implementing specific actions. This feedback loop is essential to refine your GEO strategy and understand which levers deliver real results.
